| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening - up, the conception of democratic centralism have been strengthening, the content of democratic centralism have been enriching, the mechanism of democratic centralism have been enforcing and the safeguard mechanism of democratic centralism have been perfecting. At the same time, we also know that democratic centralism construction must be combined with legal system construction, integrated with the main objective of the Party ＇ construction and the theory of democratic centralism should be developed unceasingly. |
