| 摘 要： | 村民自治是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容，也是我国民主政治建设的伟大实践。村民自治中的问题应当通过村民自治制度的不断完善逐步加以解决。在解决问题和完善制度中将村民自治水平提高到新的阶段，推动我国民主政治向前发展。
