The Three-Step Strategy and the Correct Definition of China's Present Development Stage

Correctly defining development stage is basically important for constituting proper policies so as to achieve rapid and scientific development. So, this article tries to make clear what kind of development stage China is now being in by comparing the new and old " Three-Step Strategy" and adopting different kinds, of defining methods. According to the author, China is now being in the stage of building an overall wealthy society, the stage of high public consumption, and middle stage of industrialization, so China should constitute corresponding policies according to different economic features of different development stage.
