| 摘 要： | 新形势下,党和国家对干部素质提出了更高要求,全总也提出要把工会干部培养为"政治家"、"社会活动家"和"协调劳动关系的专家".而传统的工会干部培训模式已经无法满足现实的需要,培训工作只有不断创新才能真正发挥理论指导实践的作用.

| Abstract: | The Party and government have made the more comprehensive requirements towards cadres under the new situations.All-China Federation of Trade Unions also makes a demand that trade union cadres should be developed as the statesmen,specialists in public activities and coordination experts.The traditional mode of training towards trade union cadres hasn't satisfied the new situation's demand already,so the trade union organizations at all levels should constantly bring forth new ideas in training towards trade union cadres,in order that theory guide practice even better. |
