| 摘 要： | 共青团是执政党的青年组织，共青团组织具有强烈的政治属性。共青团兼有政府青年事务的职能，是一定意义上的准行政组织。做好政府青年事务要围绕两大主题，一大主题是青年发展，一大主题是青年问题。共青团工作的功能是促进整体社会和谐与社会发展。共青团必须要坚守政治属性。既要服务青年，又要坚守政党的意识形态，培养政党的接班人，“党放心，青年满意”，这是新形势下对共青团干部提出的根本要求，团干部具有双重角色，是党的接班人，但又必须是青年领袖。

| Abstract: | Communist Youth League,with the partial function of governmental youth affairs,should serve the youth,adhere to the Party's ideology,and cultivate successors of the Party.The basic requirement for leaders of CYL is to "let the Party assured,let the youth satisfied".The leaders of CYL play double roles,one as the successors of the Party,the other as the leaders of the youth. |
