| 摘 要： | 随着第二轮农村集体土地承包期延长 3 0年政策的落实 ,《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》的颁布 ,加快了农地使用权的流转 ,但同时也出现了不少问题。从当前农地使用权流转的现状入手 ,分析出现的问题及其根源 ,在此基础上提出解决问题的对策
