| 摘 要： | 以社会力量办学的民办高校，其用人制度和运营模式的市场化特质决定了其工会工作与传统高校明显不同。只有通过分析比较，找准定位，转变理念。才能在创新发展中维权。只有创新工会思路和工作模式，民办高校工会才能站稳脚跟，履行职能，真正发挥作用。
