| 摘 要： | 申论作为包括公安系统在内的各级各类机关公务员录用考试的公共科目之一，为高校（包括公安院校）的实用写作课提供了新的研究视角。申论考试所反映出的社会对新型人才实践能力和综合素质的普遍性要求应引起高校对实用写作课的“实用性”的重视，即实用写作课只有在教学目标、内容、方法上实现“实用性”，才能适应现代人才的培养要求。

| Abstract: | Argumentative essay provides a new research angle for the practical writing in the colleges, as one of the public subjects in enrolment examination of civilian servant for all levels government. The prevalent requirement of practical ability and integrative making which are reflected in argumentative essay exam should pay more attention on practicability in practical writing. Applying the practicability to the teaching aim, the content, and the method would accomplish the goal for cultivating modern talents. |
