| 摘 要： | 依法执政是中国共产党作为执政党的领导方式和执政方式的重大转变。执政党依法执政,要坚持和完善国家根本政治制度,规范党委与人大的关系;要加强民主政治建设,改革和完善具体制度和机制;对执政党权力监督要法律化制度化。

| Abstract: | Ruling by law is the great change of leading method and governing way of CPC as the ruling party. The governing party rules by law on condition to insist and perfect state basic political system, normalize the interrelationship between party committee and people's congress; to enhance democracy construction, reform and improve concrete system and mechanism; to resort to legalization and systemization to supervise the ruling party's power. |
