| 摘 要： | 青少年法制教育主要体现为威慑、规制、保护、评价、激励、信仰等六大功能。威慑功能预知法律后果,警戒以身试法;规制功能明了规范基准,调整法律行为;保护功能实现法律权利,维护自身权益;评价功能以法律为准绳,衡量善恶是非;激励功能彰显法律正价值,鼓励正义行为;信仰功能调整内心需要,坚定法律信念。

| Abstract: | The function of legal education on youth mainly lies in deterrence,regulation,protection,evaluation,encouragement and belief.The deterrence function is to fortell legal consequence and to warn youth against doing unlawful things.The regulation function is to make youth know legal regulation and to adjust legal behavior.The protection function is to make legal rights realized and to govern their own rights and interests.The evaluation function is to make youth distinguish the right from the wrong according to laws.The encouragement function is to show the value of laws,and to encourage right behavior.The belief function is to adjust the needs in heart and to form a firm faith on laws. |
