| 摘 要： | 消费者行政的建构对消费者保护政策、制度、法律的实现效果至关重要,本文对法国、德国、瑞典、英国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本等国家和地区的消费者行政设置情况进行了细致的考察和整理,并就其对我国的借鉴价值做出评论,以期为中国消费者法研究提供充分、及时的资讯,并对未来中国《消费者权益保护法》立法修改有所启发。

| Abstract: | The construction of consumer administration is very fatal for the realization effect of protection poli- cy, system and the law. This paper makes a meticulous investigation and classification about the construction of consumer administration in countries and regions like France, Germany, Sweden, Britain, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Chinese Taiwan, and also has a review on their reference value to China, in the expectation of providing full and timely information for the research of China＇ s consumer law, giving some inspirations for the future revision of the legislation of China＇ s consumer protection law. |
