政党制度是政治制度的重要组成部分.西方资本主义国家主要实行的是两党制和多党制.本文从结构、功能视角对中西政党制度进行了比较分析,提出为充分发挥共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的作用,应进一步完善我国的政党制度,处理好党际关系,使制度结构更具弹性,充分发挥政党制度功能,为多党合作协商机制提供更适宜的制度环境.

Comparison on Structure and Function between Chinese and Western Political Party System

Political party system is an important part of the political system.Two-party or multi-party systems are adopted in Western countries.The writer compares and analyzes Chinese and Western political party systems in terms of their structures and functions.The writer suggests that in order to give full play to the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CPC,we need to improve our political party system, coordinate the inter-party relations,and make the system more flexible,thus providing favorable environment for the multi-party cooperation system.
