| Abstract: | At present,domestic housing price reaches far beyond the rational and acceptable range of normal family.Thus,it is more important for the acceleration of perfect guarantee system to refer to foreign experience according to china's situation,solve the problem of capital and house resource from multi channels,standard the mode of housing guarantee,reasonably determine guarantee standard and innovate management system. |
