| Abstract: | In maritime practice no original bill of lading put goods case has various practical types, but what is its legal nature has become hard question. The paper tries to classify many sorts practices and give the reasonable legal analysis. The carrier may have three different legal aftermath according to diferent practices of no original bill of lading put goods case, respectively including breach duty, tortious duty or irresponsibility. |
