| Abstract: | To push the western development forward, it is necessary to uphold emancipating the mind, keeping pace with the times and innovating boldly, acquire a concept of "development on a large scale, wide opening-up and rapid growth", do well in key infrastructural constructions and ecological environment building, develop science, technology and the industries deminated by the region, step up opening to the outside world and balance the growth of the regional economy. |
