略论司法鉴定人员职业道德规范

职业道德规范对于提高司法鉴定人员职业道德素养、增强司法鉴定人员工作责任感、规范司法鉴定人员司法鉴定活动、提升司法鉴定结论书（结论意见）的可信度和公信力等具有重要意义。司法鉴定人员必须正确理解并掌握职业道德规范的基本原则、基本要求、主要内容、评价方式等,在司法鉴定活动中协调好各种关系,处理好各种矛盾,进而做好本职工作。
