冲动犯罪也被称为激情犯罪.冲动犯罪的发生总是基于特定诱因的刺激,因此常常显示出偶然性.但是这种偶然性的背后潜藏着必然性.冲动犯罪人的高激惹性、缺乏敬畏意识以及暴力倾向等个性心理特征决定了他们在遇到特定刺激时实施暴力犯罪行为的必然性.因此,引导思辨理性、培养敬畏意识、矫正暴力倾向是预防冲动犯罪的根本.

Impulse Crime： Necessity behind Contingency

Impulse crime is also called the crime of passion. Impulse crime is based on the stimulation of spe- cific inducement, which always shows its contingency. However, necessity is behind of contingency. And the neces- sity to commit violent crime with specific stimulation is lied on mental characteristics of individual of people who commit the impulse crime, such as the high irritable, the consciousness of awe lacked and tendency of violence. Therefore, the foundation of preventing impulse crime is guiding rational thoughts, training the consciousness of awe and correcting the tendency of violence.
