| 摘 要： | 当前,我国地方政府公共服务能力生长的动因既存在于客观的社会环境之内,也存在于主体的内在需求之中。概括起来,地方政府公共服务能力生长的动因可归结为外部动因、内部动因和主体动因三类。而动因之间的相互作用、相互影响推动着地方政府公共服务能力的生长。

| Abstract: | Presently,the reason of public service capacity of China local authority growing not only exists in the objective social environment,but also exists in the intrinsic demand of the subject.In a word,the reason of public service capacity of the local authority can sum up as exterior reason,internal reason and subjective reason.The mutual effects among the reasons has facilitated the growth of the local authority public service capacity. |
