| 摘 要： | “思想道德修养与法律基础”（以下简称“基础”）课在高职院校学生思想政治教育中发挥着极为重要的作用。高职院校“基础”课要提高教学的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力，达到理想的育人目的，就要进行教学改革，采取有效措施加强实践教学。
