| 摘 要： | 侦查阶段毒品犯罪的证明标准相对模糊 ,可操作性不强 ,而且 ,毒品犯罪的最终处理机关是人民法院 ,因此 ,应当立足于司法实践的要求与证明任务完成的需要 ,对侦查阶段毒品犯罪的证明标准重新设置 ,设置的内容包括实体内容与程序内容。

| Abstract: | New rules for proof of a crime are supposed to be stipulated again based on the judicial practice and the demand to realize what the proof should do because the present rules are a bit vague and don't work very well, moreover, the people's court will deal with most of drug crimes in the end. The rules to be stipulated include substantive and procedural norms. |
