| Abstract: | The People's Police legitimate rights and interests ought to be safeguarded by the law in the work and the life.Through the analysis to the question and the reason of protecting the police legitimate rights and interests at present,the concrete measures are inquired about protecting the police legitimate rights and interests,in order to promote the People's Police legally to fulfill the duty,to display police's work enthusiasm and the innovation spirit,to maintain the good social order. |
