| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人犯罪问题呈上升趋势,特别是拦路抢劫沉重学生,系列攀扒入室盗窃等在我市影响较大的案件不少为未成年人所为.根据对眉山市的调查,其呈现出年龄趋低、共同犯罪占绝大多数、暴力性犯罪占很大比例、犯罪类型多元化、犯罪对象范围的良好法制法权益措施,切实做好预防工作,尽快遏止未成年人犯罪上升势头.

According to the investigation the minor offence of Meishan city, we should set up the good environment of law and system, bring into play the leading role of school education, protect the legal measures for the minor. |
