| 摘 要： | 马克思主义法学是运用马克思主义基本原理解决现实问题形成的法学形态.马克思主义法学的形成,是中国化的过程.对马克思主义法学而言,深研原著、坚持基本原理、解决中国问题、提取中华基因、吸取他域经验、促进法学大成,是其基本路径.由此,马克思主义法学中国化也具有了方向指导.

| Abstract: | Marxism jurisprudence is formed by the basic principles of Marxism to solve practical problems.The formation of Marxist jurisprudence is just the process Marxism’s legal ideology application in China.For the Marxist jurisprudence,deep research the original,adhere to the basic principles to solve the Chinese problem,extract the Chinese gene,to draw his domain experience,and promote the Law great achievement,are the basic path.As a result,the localization of Marxism jurisprudence in China also has the direct guidance to the other laws. |
