| 摘 要： | 在高校毕业生就业日趋困难的形势下 ,高职毕业生应走“先就业、后择业、再创业”的路子 ,即毕业时 ,只要有工作单位接纳 ,就先工作 ,实现就业 ,走进社会。工作一段时间后 ,认为不合适或遇到更好的工作 ,可以“跳槽”重新选择职业。有了一段就业和择业的经历后 ,有的可走上自主创业之路。
