To increase China's international discourse power under the transformation of international system is of great necessity. After 30 years'reform,China being stronger makes it possible. Hence,China should follow the instructions,namely developing the international theories with Chinese flavor,advancing Chinese scholars' knowledge of international relationship,adjusting China's foreign policy and increasing China's propagation ability to gain the international discourse power.
