略谈开展素质教育的几点问题

二十一世纪对人才素质的规格提出了新要求。通专结合的复合型人才,一专多能的应用型人才,具有开拓精神的创造型人才,这样的人才才能适应社会的需要。高等学校要以未来社会所要求的人才规格去主动地有意识地有计划地进行培养选拔,学生自身也应根据未来社会需要塑造和完善自己,以和社会的发展相适应,这也是素质教育的最终目的。

The 21st century sets out new requirements for the qualities and qualifications.Such professionals as one with comprehensive abilities,one with one speciality and otherwise capabilities,and one with creativity and entreprising spirit can adapt themselves to the society.Colleges and universities should,actively,comscientionsly and plan-directly, select and train their students according to the social requirements.Students should also establish and perfect themselves in accordance with the future social requirements,so as to keep pace with social proqress,which is also the ultimate target of quality education.
