| 摘 要： | 农民进城务工是农村剩余劳动力转移的主要渠道,是工业化、城市化和现代化的必然趋势,是全面建设小康社会的必由之路。在实践当中,我们要完善相关的劳动立法,加大劳动执法力度,及时解决劳动争议案件,加强法治宣传和教育,最大限度地保护农民工的合法权益,促进社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Entering cities is the main channel that surplus-labors in countryside shift and the inevitable trend of the industrialization,the urbanization and the modernization,the way that must be taken of the comprehensive construction well-off society.In practice,we should consummate the related labor legislation,increase dynamics of work law enforcement,solve labor dispute cases promptly.We should strengthen the government by law propaganda and the education and protect peasant laborer's legitimate rights and interests at large to promote society's harmonious development. |
