| 摘 要： | 图像监控、人力资源和规章制度是城市图像监控人机互动的基本组成。从国内外现状来看，目前在城市图像监控人机互动方面积累了比较丰富的经验，各城市利用图像监控人机互动打击违法犯罪活动取得了较为显著的成效。当前城市图像监控人机互动还存在一些问题，需要结合实际提出设想与建议，实施相应的具体措施，以提高城市图像监控人机互动效能。
