| 摘 要： | 从制度体系看民主政治,是推进国家治理现代化、促进中国特色社会主义民主政治科学发展的一个重要视角,具有重要的方法论意义。民主是一套把各相关元素有机地组合在一起,体现“主权在民”或“人民当家作主”原则的制度体系。从制度体系的角度能够更加准确地把握中国民主政治建设的特殊性,也标示了进一步完善中国特色社会主义民主政治的根本方向。

| Abstract: | Viewing democratic politics from the angle of institutional system is an important perspective to advance the modernization of national governance and the scientific development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.It has important methodological significance.Democracy is a system that organically combines all relevant elements and embodies the principle of"sovereignty belongs to the people"or"the people are the masters of the country".Analyzing from the perspective of institutional system enables us to grasp the particularity of China's democratic political construction more accurately,and thus indicates the fundamental direction of further improving socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. |
