| 摘 要： | 组织能力的培育和建设是公益类青年自组织实现有序、健康、可持续发展的关键.本研究主要从组织能力的角度分别从组织吸引与动员能力,自治能力,外部沟通与关系管理能力三个维度展开调查,对公益类青年自组织的运行现状及服务能力作了全面考察.

| Abstract: | Cultivation and construction of organization ability is the key to realize public beneficence youth self-organization orderly, healthy and sustainable development. Based on the investigation from the attraction and mobilization ability, autonomy ability, external communication and relationship management ability, the research makes overall study on operating actuality and service ability. |
