高校法学教学中的四个问题及解决对策

法理学课程应当被定位为基础性和哲理性相结合的课程,在内容上应划分为初级法理学和高级法理学,而分别在低年级和高年级讲授。民、商法教学应当摒弃＂两张皮＂的做法,重视两个学科之间的固有联系。非法学专业的经济法课程应当取消,而代之以讲授民、商法基本知识的课程。法律英语教学在＂技能主义理念＂之外,还应当树立＂知识主义理念＂。

Four Problems in the Teaching of Law in Universities and Countermeasures

The jurisprudence course should be definited as the combination of fundamental and philosophical courses.The course should be divided into junior jurisprudence and senior jurisprudence according to the content,and the two branches should be taught respectively in junior and senior grades.Civil law and commercial law should not be separated from each other,and the connections between the two courses should be noticed.The economic law that does not belong to the law major should be replaced with courses on civil and commercial laws.Besides the ＂idea of skill-orientation＂,the ＂idea of knowledge-orientation＂ should aslo be set in the teaching of legal English.
