摘    要:心理资本构念作为积极组织行为学的一个核心概念,已经被国内外许多学者认可和接受,其对组织绩效的影响比经济资本、人力资本及社会资本更具影响力。深入研究员工的心理资本将是未来人力资源管理的趋势。开发和管理员工的心理资本将是企业人力资源管理的重点,是企业成功经营的关键,促进企业与员工实现双赢。

Abstract:Psychological capital,as the core concept of positive organization behavior study,has been recognized and accepted by many scholars at home and abroad.Its impacts on organizational performances much than economic capital,human capital and social capital do.In-depth research on staff psychological capital will be the future tendency in human resources management.Its will be key point of human resources management,and promote the enterprise and the staff realize win-win.
