摘    要:人才测评技术作为识别人才的重要手段,正在被越来越多的企业所应用。随着计算机和网络技术在人才测评中的应用,人才测评软件成为企业进行人才识别的首选。尽管人才测评软件在企业中得到了推广和应用,但在此过程中还存在许多问题。

Abstract:With the development of Market Economy, Human Resources Management is playing a more and more import role in the development of enterprises. How to find and select talented people becomes the priority in Human Resources Management. As the main approach to select talents, talent evaluation technology has been wildly used by enterprises. With the application of computer and net technology to talent evaluation, talent evaluation software becomes the first choice to select people for enterprises. Although it has been promoted in enterprises, some problems occur in the application. Along with the development of the talent evaluation theory and the further understanding people toward it, talent evaluation software will play a more and more important role in Human Resources Management.
