| 摘 要： | "华南虎事件"折射出政府诚信的缺失。政府诚信在社会诚信体系中占有重要地位。我国正处于社会转型时期,政府行为频频失信于民,导致政府诚信度下降。以宪政理念为视角,对政府诚信缺失进行法理和社会学分析,可为我国政府诚信机制构建提供必要的路径选择。
