工会推动企业职工文化建设的“道”与“术”——评乔东博士《企业职工文化理论与实践》一书

中国工会十五大报告对职工文化已有全面阐述，今年召开的中国工会第十六大报告也将把职工文化作为一个重要内容。关于职工文化的理论研究已经开始破题，这是乔东博士《企业职工文化理论与实践》一书的重要贡献。乔东博士抓住了企业职工文化内涵的关键，突出了企业职工文化相对于企业文化来说的独立形态；明确了工会在企业职工文化建设中的定位和作用，这是非常值得肯定的地方。

The Trade Union Should Promote Psychology and Measures of Staff＇s Cultural Construction ——Comments on the Book Written by Doctor Qiao Dong the Theories and Practice on the Staff＇ s Culture in the Enterprise

The staff＇s culture was described in the Fifteenth Congress of Chinese Trade Union. This year we continued to take the staff＇ s culture as an important part in the Sixteenth Congress of Chinese Trade Union. We had researched the theory of staff＇ s culture which was contributed to the book, the theories and practice on staff＇s culture in the enterprise written by the doctor, Qiao Dong. He grasped the key to the staff＇ s cultural content and stated that staff＇ s culture is independent existence for the enterprise. He clarified the role and function of trade union in the construction of staff＇ s culture. The points mentioned are worthy to be recognized.
