| Abstract: | The CPC＇s grounded way could strengthen the cadres＇ missionary feeling in the trade union. It could provide an endless source of power to deal with the work of trade union well. It could help the cadres find the effective focus on the work of trade union. It could help the cadres of grass roots of trade union emerge. It could help the cadres find clear points to solve the problem. It also could help the cadres gain the support from the other staff. |
