从国家兴办公安教育50多年的探索和实践中,我们对公安高等教育地位作用有了更深的认识。究竟公安高等教育今后的发展模式是怎样的,学者们提出了不同看法。但是不论哪种发展模式,它都要回答四个基本问题:什么是公安高等教育的发展,公安高等教育为什么要发展,公安高等教育怎样发展和如何评价发展。

The thinking on System Reform in Public Security Eduction under the Perspective of the Scientific Concept of Development

In 50 year's exploration and practice since the founding of the public security eduction,a thorough awareness of its funtion is gained.Development is a mobile process,the different views on development forms different concepts on development.The scholars put forwad different ideas about the modes of the development of public security eduction.Nomatter what mode it is,four questions should be answered: what is the development of the public security eduction? Why should the public security eduction seek development? How should the public security eduction develop? And how evaluate its development?
