| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼法的修正案已于2008年4月1日起正式实施，此次修订对于解决当事人“申诉难”、“执行难”等问题作出了重要规定，对于保护银行债权的实现具有重要的现实意义。民事诉讼法的修订对银行业务的运用将产生诸多的影响，银行应积极主动加以运用，有效利用其正面影响，消除其不利影响，防范和化解风险，更好地保障资金运营的安全，推动银行业务健康、规范、快速发展。

| Abstract: | The rivision Bill of the Civil Procedure Law came into effect on April I st 2008. This revision makes specific regulations for Litigants about the hardship in appeals as well as in execution ,which also makes practical sense in protecting bank creditors＇ rights. The rivision of the civil procedure law has much effect on the application of the bank service. Banks should take active attitude to make full use of the advantage, avoiding the impair, take actions to avoid any risks, to guarantee the safe and better operation of capitals. Reinforcing a fast and healthy development of the service. |
