The Admission of the US and Russia into the East Asian Summit and Its Effects

The Foreign Ministers Conference of ASEAN has decided to invite the US and Russia to the East Asian Summit, which indicated a major change in East Asian regional cooperation and a strategic step of the US to return to Southeast Asia.
