| Abstract: | The promotion of reforming and an insufficient labor demand have produced the rising unemployment in some urban areas. Delphi's findings show that the unemployment rate in the Chinese urban areas have reached to 7 percent on the risk line. It still likes to arise in the next several years. We recommend that the government set up a professional organization to supervise and coordinate the risk of unemployment. |
