| 摘 要： | 世界上两大法系有着逐渐融合的趋势,我国行政法学界在制定法传统浓厚的大环境下,也逐渐认识和了解行政判例制度.虽然现阶段行政判例不属于我国行政法的正式法源,但是就我国目前行政管理的实际需要出发,若将行政判例确认为我国行政法的正式法源,将会极大推动我国的行政法制建设.

| Abstract: | At nowadays,the two legal families are under the trend of integration gradually.The administration law scholars of China are beginning to recognize case law under the tradition of statute law.Until now case law are still not the official law resources of china but to the actual needs of the administrative practice,if the case law were recognized as the official law resources of china,it will do great contribution to the construction of legal administration. |
