| 摘 要： | 随着城镇化速度的加快和时农村征地的进行,农村"外嫁女"请求分配集体经济组织征地补偿款引发的纠纷日益突出.实践中,一些法院对该类纠纷无正当理由不予受理;一些村制定的村规民约内容违法,剥夺或限制"外嫁女"的权益;立法上,目前尚无集体经济组织成员资格的规定.这些导致了"外嫁女"的权益不能得到有效的维护,应予以完善.

| Abstract: | Following the acceleration of urbanization,the disputes caused by the rural Married Women asking for compensation distributed by the organization of collective economy are quite seriously.Some courts didn't accept the disputes;the rules made by some villages are illegal,which deprive the married women's interests.There isn't the rule to confirm membership of the village.The problems made married women's interests not protected effectively. |
