| 摘 要： | 拆盗铁路器材案件属于危及铁路行车安全的“五类案件”之一。拆盗铁路器材案件，是指行为人故意拆卸、偷盗铁路钢轨、扣件、垫板、鱼尾板、道钉、电缆盒盖、通讯线路及其他铁路设备零部件的犯罪行为。研究拆盗铁路器材案件的特点及侦查对策对铁路侦查实践具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The case of disassembling and stealing railway equipment is one of the major five types of crimes that affect the driving safety of railway. The so-called disassembling and stealing railway equipment case refers to the criminal behavior of the actor＇s intentional disassembling and stealing steel rail, fastener, backing plate, splice bar, spike, cable box, communication line and other railway equipments. The study of the characteristics of disassembling and stealing railway equipment case and its investigative measures is of great significance to railway investigation practice. |
