对法学本科教育改革与发展的理论构想

经济入世必将推动法律入世，也必将引发和促进法学教育新一轮的改革。人才培养目标、教学管理体制、教学运行方式、教学内容和方法、教学评价等重要内容的创新，是法学教育改革与发展的关键环节。本文以法学本科教育为研究对象，提出了一些初步构想。

Thought of Theory in Development of Legal Education in Higher Education

The entering WTO of China will promote the law to join the world and will inevitably bring about and promote the new reform of legal education.The new reform of main elements in legal education will focus on the following: talent training pattern,teaching management system,teaching operation form,teaching contents and methods and teaching evaluations etc.The paper puts forward some imitative thought of reform in legal education based on the undergraduate of legal students as object of study.
