On the Legal Protection of Civil Rights-From the Dialectical Relationship between Rights and Power

In contemporary China,state power promotes social transformation and then power plays a key role in protecting personal freedom and rights.Therefore,the legal system needs to be established to regulate the operation of power and reinforce liability.In accordance with the new development of theory and practice of civil rights,the legal system of civil rights in China shall pay attention to the three factors： ＂beyond individualism＂,＂proper participation＂ and ＂global perspective＂ and reform the governing mode of state to protect civil rights.
