| 摘 要： | 社区建设模式由社区建设的管理组织体制和运行机制所构成。中外社区建设的经验表明,只有构建与本地区社会发展状况相适应的社区建设模式,社区建设才能健康地发展。因此,构建具有长春特色的“政府主导型”社区建设模式应成为长春市社区建设的基本方向。

| Abstract: | Construction Pattern of community consists of administrative organization system and operational mechanism of community construction.Experience from Chinese and foreign community construction shows that only by establishing construction pattern of community suitable to the condition of local social development can community construction develop healthily.Therefore,establishment of construction pattern of"government -leading type"with Changchun features should be the basic direction of community construction in Changchun. |
