宪法与政治--韩国总统弹劾案的启示

The case of the impeachment of president of Korea embodied the intimate relationship between the Constitution and the politics.The Constitution puts the standardization of action of the body of the politics on the first place,but in actual,the Constitution is brought from the political struggle,examined and developed in the political conflict.The establishment of democracy framework by the Constitution is the precondition for the stabilization of the society.The whole society especially the leaders of the nation should enhance the idea of the rule of the law,which is the core to realize the national stabilization.And the pursuit of the democracy and freedom by all the people is the power to push the development of the politics.
