| 摘 要： | 信息网络时代,人们获取信息的欲望空前膨胀,由此而引发公民知情权与公众人物隐私权之间的冲突接连不断。科学界定公民知情权,舆论监督权与公众人物隐私权之间的界限,进而对公众人物隐私权进行合理的限制和保护,成为当前立法的必要。

| Abstract: | In the age of information and internet,the conflict is continuing between the citizen＇s right to know and the public figures＇ privacy since people＇s desire to get information is unprecedentedly inflated.It becomes the necessity of the current legislation as to scientifically settling the range among the citizen＇s right to know,the public opinion supervision and the public figures＇ privacy in order to reasonably limit and protect the public figures＇ privacy. |
