| 摘 要： | 大学生村官对农村的发展起着非常重要的作用,但在实现乡土化的过程中也面临一些障碍。可通过对大学生村官的教育和培训、提高待遇、扶持创业、实施“大学生回乡计划”等一系列措施来实现大学生村官的乡土化。

The university student village official plans the prospect lies in reforming ： Through strengthens to the university student village official＇s education and training, improves their treatment, to support them to start an undertaking, ＂returns to home village the plan with the university student＂ ,etc. |
