| 摘 要： | 全球气候变暖正在迅速改变北极地区的自然与社会环境,北极地区已经成为一个新的国际地缘政治区域,对世界政治和国际关系的影响越来越大。中国在北极地区的战略利益显著上升,北极升温和海冰融化对中国的生态系统、粮食安全、产业发展和沿海地区安全等具有潜在的不利影响;北极地区将变成一个新的能源和资源产地,对中国的能源安全具有重要意义;＂北极航道＂的开通将对中国产生深远的战略影响,带来各种机遇和挑战。
